2PASS DEFENSIVE DRIVING SCHOOL ONLINE COURSE INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED
This defensive driving course consists of 15 Lessons with 3 Quiz Questions at the end of each Lesson. You must pass the 3 Quiz Questions at the end of each Lesson before you can move on to the next Lesson. There is no limit to how many times you can attempt to pass the 3 Quiz Questions at the end of the Lesson.
You may exit the course at any time. Your progress will be saved. When you return to the course, you will see a green semi-circle, indicating where you left off.
When you complete a Lesson, you will see a green checkmark. When all 15 lessons have a green checkmark you have passed the course and you are finished.
Your responsibility is to successfully pass this course a minimum of 7 days prior to a court date or extended court date. The online program automatically tracks the date and time you complete your defensive driving course. That date will be transmitted as your completion date.
Our responsibility is to submit your completion to the court within 3 business days (Monday through Friday) of your completion. We monitor your progress. We know when you have finished. Staff will grade your course. A certificate (for your records) is then manually created and emailed to you (not an automated process). The dismissal process takes the courts a few weeks. If you have only one violation on the ticket, that violation will be dismissed by the court, as well as the court appearance date. If you have multiple violations, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDRESSING THE OTHER VIOLATIONS WITH THE COURT.
