Yes, a new 2022 law in Arizona allows motorcycles to split lanes…BUT many people who split lanes are going to get a TRAFFIC TICKET. Here is why.
First – the law only allows motorcycles to split lanes of STOPPED vehicles.
Second – the law only applies on roads with a 45 mph limit or less.
Three – The motorcycle rider cannot drive faster than 15 mph.
