Prior to that slow vehicles could use any lane. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/viewdocument\/?docName=https:\/\/www.azleg.gov\/ars\/28\/00721.htm\">Arizona Revised Statute 28-721 B<\/a>.
