The answer is 90 days from the filing date. They have 60 days to file. So in reality it is 150 days.

The specific wording in the law s is found in section B item 2 “If the case is commenced by filing, it shall be filed within sixty days of the alleged violation and shall be served within ninety days from the filing date.

If it involves a traffic accident the answer is 180 days.
Section B item 3 “within one hundred eighty days of the alleged violation if the alleged violation is under investigation in conjunction with a traffic accident”.

If the traffic accident involves a death the answer is 1 year.
