Traffic School

Traffic School Rule: You must compete your defensive driving traffic school course 7 days prior to your court date.

  • 2Pass Defensive Driving school is required to enter your Arizona Traffic ticket completion record into the Arizona Supreme Court Defensive Driving Database within 3 days of the completion of your traffic school. That gives the local Arizona courts 4 days to process your record and dismiss the ticket.
  • If you do not complete traffic school within 7 days, when your case comes before the judge a default judgement will be entered against you, a civil sanction will be imposed, and your license will be suspended. Your driver’s license or nonresident operating privilege will remain suspended until the civil sanction is paid and you satisfy Motor Vehicle Division requirements (A.R.S. 28-1557[B][2]
