CIVIL TRAFFIC: If the Civil Traffic box is checked, notice is hereby given that if you fail to appear as directed in this complaint a default judgement will be entered against you, a civil sanction will be imposed, and your diver license or nonresident operating privileges will be suspended. Your diver license or nonresident operating privileges will remain suspended until the civil sanction is paid and you satisfy Motor Vehicle Division requirements (A.R.S. 28-1557 [B] [2]).

Take a Defensive Driving Class

In a classroom or Online
1. Ticket gets dismissed
2. No points on your driving Record
3. You do not have to appear in Court

Register for a Class!

If it's a Criminal Ticket

Ask the Judge at your hearing to let you attend defensive driving school
Admit responsibility do the jail time and pay the financial penalty
Deny responsibility and request a hearing

Take a Defensive Driving Class

In a classroom or Online
1. Criminal gets dismissed
2. No Criminal Record
3. You do not have to return to Court
